ABORDAGEM DA SÍFILIS CONGÊNITA NO MUNICÍPIO DO PAULISTA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Apesar da sífilis ser uma das
Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis de fácil
diagnóstico e manejo clínico, sua prevalência
na transmissão vertical ainda é alta, comparado
com as metas estabelecidas pelo Ministério
da Saúde na tentativa de erradicação da
transmissão no binômio materno-fetal. No
período entre 2011 e 2018 foram notificados
301 casos de Sífilis Congênita no Município
de Paulista, dos quais, 99,6% ocorreram em
neonatos. Dessa forma, o estudo teve como
objetivo relatar uma experiência a cerca da
investigação da incidência da sífilis congênita
no município de Paulista. Trata-se de um
estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência.
O trabalho foi realizado e sistematizado em três
etapas: utilização da ficha de investigação dos
casos de transmissão vertical da sífilis; visitas
domiciliares às puérperas e lactentes que foram
acometidas por sífilis no período gestacional e
seus neonatos; e discussão dos casos com as
equipes de Atenção Básica. Foram selecionados
11 casos notificados no ano de 2018, realizada a investigação da transmissão vertical da sífilis congênita, e a partir da investigação
foi garantido o fluxo de encaminhamento, auxiliando na reorientação desses usuários
para acompanhamento e tratamento da sífilis na rede do município. A partir dessas
experiências, foram discutidas as melhores formas para o manejo clínico, tratamento
dos parceiros, a profilaxia no recém-nascido e o acompanhamento integral para a
cura dessa patologia. Este tipo de abordagem garantiu a identificação de fragilidades,
propagou informações sobre a sífilis entre profissionais e sujeitos estimulando a
coparticipação dos atores envolvidos neste processo

Abstract:
Although syphilis is one of the Sexually Transmitted Infections of easy
diagnosis and clinical management, its prevalence in vertical transmission is still
high, compared to the goals established by the Ministry of Health in the attempt to
eradicate transmission in the maternal-fetal binomial. In the period between 2011 and
2018, 301 cases of Congenital Syphilis were reported in the Municipality of Paulista,
of which 99.6% occurred in neonates. Thus, the study aimed to report an experience
about the investigation of the incidence of congenital syphilis in the municipality of
Paulista. This is a descriptive study of the type of experience report. The work was
carried out and systematized in three stages: use of the file of investigation of cases
of vertical transmission of syphilis; home visits to postpartum women and infants who
were affected by gestational syphilis and their neonates; and discussion of cases with
the Primary Care teams. A total of 11 cases were selected in the year 2018, and the
investigation of the vertical transmission of congenital syphilis was carried out. From
the investigation, the referral flow was guaranteed, helping to reorientation of these
users for monitoring and treatment of syphilis in the municipality network. From these
experiences, the best forms for clinical management, treatment of partners, prophylaxis
in the newborn and complete follow-up for the cure of this pathology were discussed.
This type of approach ensured the identification of fragilities, disseminated information
about syphilis between professionals and subjects stimulating the participation of the
actors involved in this process
