FORMAÇÃO DE GRUPO DE PESQUISA SOBRE PREVENÇÃO E TRATAMENTO DE LESÕES CUTÂNEAS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Introdução: Grupo de pesquisa é
definido como um grupo de pesquisadores que
se estruturam em uma área do conhecimento,
com o objetivo de desenvolver pesquisa
científica. Os grupos de pesquisa brasileiros
são responsáveis por grande parcela das
investigações realizadas e pela formação de
inúmeros pesquisadores no país. Entretanto há
lacunas entre o que é produzido e a utilização do
resultado dos estudos e sua aplicação na prática
dos serviços. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência
da formação de um grupo de pesquisa em
um hospital público de ensino e a utilização
do conhecimento produzido na instituição.
Método: relato de experiência ou modalidade
de investigação científica de demonstração
de experiência prática. Resultados: Frente à
necessidade gerar e difundir conhecimentos
que contribuam para a melhoria da qualidade
da assistência nos Hospital Escola UFPel/
Ebserh o Grupo de Estudo e Pesquisa em
Prevenção e Tratamento de Lesões Cutâneas
(GEPPTELC) foi criado no ano de 2016 com
o objetivo de produzir, divulgar e aplicar os
conhecimentos científicos adquiridos em
estudos e pesquisas, a fim contribuir com o
ensino, a pesquisa e a assistência. O grupo
realizou: reuniões, encontros e eventos dentro
da instituição, levantamento das necessidades
do serviço em relação a melhorias, atividades
de capacitação para pesquisa e de educação
voltadas para os profissionais de saúde e
utilizou os resultados dos estudos para propor
mudanças na instituição. Considerações finais:
essa experiência possibilitou a aproximação
entre trabalho, educação e pesquisa no campo
hospitalar, já que os resultados da pesquisa
passaram a ser utilizados na prática de cuidar.

Abstract:
Introduction: Research group
is defined as a group of researchers that are
structured in an area of knowledge, with the goal
of developing scientific research. The Brazilian
research groups are responsible for a large part
of the research carried out and for the training of
numerous researchers in the country. However,
there are gaps between what is produced and
the use of the results of the studies and their
application in the practice of services. Objective: To describe the experience of the
formation of a research group in a public teaching hospital and the use of the knowledge
produced in the institution. Method: report of experience or modality of scientific
investigation of demonstration of practical experience. Results: In view of the need
to generate and disseminate knowledge that contributes to the improvement of the
quality of care at the Hospital Escola UFPel / Ebserh the Study and Research Group
on Prevention and Treatment (GEPPTELC) was created in 2016 with the objective of
producing, disseminating and applying the scientific knowledge acquired in studies and
research, in order to contribute to teaching, research and assistance. The group carried
out: meetings and events within the institution, surveying the needs of the service
regarding improvements, research training and education activities aimed at health
professionals and used the results of studies to propose changes in the institution.
Final considerations: this experience made possible the approximation between work,
education and research in the hospital field, since the results of the research began to
be used in the practice of caring.
