PRÁTICA DO DOCENTE DE ENFERMAGEM EM INSTITUIÇÕES DE ENSINO SUPERIOR: EVIDÊNCIAS DA SAÚDE MENTAL
Descrever a relação trabalhadores
docentes com sua saúde mental, ainda permeia
o estigma de doenças em que os indivíduos
devem ser isolados ou vistos como incapazes.
Acreditamos na relevância deste estudo
reside na diminuta pesquisas e publicações a
respeito da temática “ o significado da prática e
a saúde mental do docente do ensino superior
de enfermagem” Por conseguinte o objetivo foi
analisar pelo ângulo do docente, o significado
da prática docente e a percepção da saúde
mental. Pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa
com a metodologia do Grupo Focal (GF).
Evidenciou-se que os docentes são vulneráveis
ao risco de sofrimento mental com diferenciadas
matizes e sintomas. Ao aplicar a técnica
inspirada nas idéias de Grupo Focal em uma
pesquisa qualitativa, constatou-se que além
de favorecer a coleta de dados, esta técnica
caracterizou-se como um excelente espaço de
formação docente a partir da reflexão que cada
pesquisado fez sobre a própria concepção.

Abstract:
Describing the relationship of
teaching workers to their mental health still
permeates the stigma of diseases in which
individuals must be isolated or seen as incapable.
We believe in the relevance of this study lies in
the small researches and publications on the
theme “meaning of practice and mental health of
the nursing higher education teacher”. Therefore
the objective: To analyze by the teacher angle,
the meaning of the teaching practice and the
perception Mental health. Qualitative research
with the focus group methodology (GF). It was
evidenced that the teachers are vulnerable to
the risk of mental suffering with different shades
and symptoms. When applying the technique
inspired by the Focus Group’s ideas in a
qualitative research, it was found that in addition
to favoring data collection, this technique was
characterized as an excellent space for teacher
training based on the reflection that each
researched did on one’s own conception.
