Intervenção ergonômica e responsabilidade social no trinômio, hospitalar: gestão, enfermagem e pacientes
A necessidade de alicerçar
o trinômio constituído pela Instituição
Empregadora/Assistencial no que se refere
à gestão, os profissionais que administram a
hemodiálise e os pacientes, com o intuito de
promover um contexto onde responsabilidade
social seja o fator preponderante, abordando
e aplicando no período de atuação integrado,
um envolvimento mais aprazível, viável e eficaz
entre os atores desse processo de hemodiálise,
é que se entende a importância de estruturar
um diálogo profissional e profícuo, em que
todas as partes tenham voz ativa e se façam
presentes nos procedimentos elencados
no trinômio retromencionado. Objetiva-se
identificar as principais queixas posturais e
fatores predisponentes aos trabalhadores da
enfermagem durante o tratamento de pacientes
portadores de doenças renais crônicas em
hemodiálise; promover e restabelecer mecânica
postural quanto à atuação dos trabalhadores de
enfermagem propondo a melhoria ergonômica
e ergométrica com a implementação de
atividades ergonômicas em um grupo controle
de profissionais da enfermagem e de pacientes.
Trata-se de um ensaio etnográfico de
abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, onde serão
coletados dados através de um questionário
com perguntas abertas e fechadas, o qual
objetiva capturar a rotina diária dos pacientes
do setor de hemodiálise. Entrevistas com
perguntas semiestruturadas dirigida aos
profissionais de enfermagem e pacientes
envolvidos no tratamento da hemodiálise,
quanto ao desconforto e adoecimento físico no
cotidiano relacionado às práticas assistenciais.
A partir da coleta de dados e da discussão
em grupo, buscar-se-á propor intervenções e
tratamento para correção postural dos atores,
oportunizando uma condição mais saudável no
transcorrer da sua vida laborativa e funcional.

Abstract:
The need to base the trinomium
constituted by the Employee and Assistance
Institution with regard to the management, the
professionals who administer hemodialysis
and the patients, in order to promote a context
where social responsibility is the preponderant factor, approaching and applying in the
period of integrated action, a more enjoyable, viable and effective involvement among
the actors in this hemodialysis process is the importance of structuring a professional
and profitable dialogue, in which all parties have an active voice and are present in
the procedures listed in the trinomium. The aim of this study was to identify the main
postural complaints and predisposing factors for nursing workers during the treatment
of patients with chronic renal diseases on hemodialysis; promote and restore postural
mechanics regarding the performance of nursing workers, proposing the ergonomic
and ergometric improvement with the implementation of ergonomic activities in a
control group of nursing professionals and patients. This is an ethnographic essay with
a qualitative, descriptive approach, where data will be collected through a questionnaire
with open and closed questions, which aims to capture the daily routine of patients in the
hemodialysis sector. Interviews with semi-structured questions addressed to nursing
professionals and patients involved in the treatment of hemodialysis, regarding the
discomfort and physical illness in the daily life related to the care practices. Based on
the data collection and the group discussion, it will be sought to propose interventions
and treatment for postural correction of the actors, providing a healthier condition in the
course of their working and functional life.
