A PESQUISA SOB O SUPORTE DA ERGOLOGIA: REFLEXÕES PARA A SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR
A ergologia é uma abordagem que
tem a finalidade de compreender e transformar
o trabalho, implicando-se com a subjetividade e
as singularidades dos trabalhadores. Entrevê a
saúde física e psíquica. Trata-se de uma revisão
narrativa que tem como objetivo refletir sobre
a ergologia como proposta epistemológica
para investigações em saúde do trabalhador.
Busca pensar sobre as relações entre o
cuidado de usuários e os cuidadores, com
foco na saúde ocupacional sob a perspectiva
de quem exerce a atividade. É um movimento
que implica na desconstrução de um modelo
de trabalho que divide classes e desconsidera
o protagonismo do trabalhador. O uso dos
pressupostos da ergologia em pesquisas que
pretendem transformar a ambiência do trabalho,
humanizando-o pode ser uma possibilidade dos
trabalhadores à cogestão do seu fazer.

Abstract:
The ergology is an approach
that has the purpose of understanding and
transforming work, involving itself with the
subjectivity and the singularities of the workers.
Interview physical and mental health. This
is a narrative review that aims to reflect on
ergology as an epistemological proposal for
investigations on worker’s health. It seeks to
think about the relationships between care of
users and caregivers, focusing on occupational
health from the perspective of those who
exercise the activity. It is a movement that
implies the deconstruction of a work model that
divides classes and disregards the protagonism
of the worker. The use of the presuppositions
of ergology in research that seeks to transform
the ambience of work, humanizing it may be a
possibility for workers to co-manage their work.
