O MUNDO DO TRABALHO SOB A NOVA ORGANIZAÇÃO E OS INFLUXOS NA SAÚDE DO TRABALHADOR
As atuais transformações no mundo
do trabalho, advindas da reestruturação
produtiva perpassada pela acumulação e
produção flexível impactaram não somente
nas condições de trabalho, mas, sobretudo,
nas frágeis condições de vida do trabalhador,
incidindo sobre a saúde, que passa a ter
sua capacidade laboral comprometida ao se
submeterem em condições precárias de trabalho.
São transformações em curso, e presentes até
os dias atuais que atendem a necessidade
de expansão de acumulação do capital com
objetivo de aumento de produtividade, através
da implantação de inovações tecnológicas
e da nova organização do trabalho sob a
acumulação flexível, que institui o caos e
sofrimento a classe trabalhadora. Depara-se
com um processo de trabalho marcado pela
precarização, flexibilização, terceirização,
informalidade, polivalência, destituição de
direitos, desemprego, intensificação do labor,
desproteção social e, sobretudo, adoecimento.
Compreende-se que os fatores determinantes
ao comprometimento da Saúde do Trabalhador
na contemporaneidade relacionam-se com a
Nova Organização do Trabalho, advinda da
reestruturação produtiva e que as novas formas
de intensificação da exploração da força de
trabalho têm aumentado significativamente
os agravos a saúde do trabalhador. Desse
modo, este estudo busca analisar criticamente
a relação entre as transformações no mundo
do trabalho e o processo de adoecimento dos
trabalhadores. O presente estudo fundamentase teórica e metodologicamente na perspectiva
histórico-critica marxista por analisar a realidade
social a partir dos processos sociais em sua
totalidade. Em termos metodológicos, trata-se
de um estudo documental e documental. O
estudo evidenciou que as transformações no
mundo do trabalho sob a Nova Organização
flexibilizam, terceirizam e precarizam o
processo de trabalho, além do trabalho
polivalente designado ao trabalhador, provocam
e/ou agravam o processo de adoecimento dos
trabalhadores usuários do CEREST/JP.

Abstract:
The current transformations in the world of work, resulting from the
productive restructuring carried out by the accumulation and flexible production,
impacted not only on the working conditions but, above all, on the fragile working
conditions of the worker, focusing on health, which has its their ability to work under
precarious working conditions. These transformations are ongoing and present until
the present day, which meet the need to expand capital accumulation with the objective
of increasing productivity, through the implementation of technological innovations and
the new organization of labor under flexible accumulation, which creates chaos and
suffering to the working class. There is a labor process marked by precariousness,
flexibilization, outsourcing, informality, polyvalence, destitution of rights, unemployment,
intensification of labor, social deprotection and, above all, illness. It is understood that
the factors determining the commitment of the Worker’s Health in the contemporaneity
are related to the New Work Organization, resulting from the productive restructuring
and that the new forms of intensification of the exploitation of the work force have
significantly increased the health problems of the worker. Thus, this study seeks to
critically analyze the relationship between transformations in the world of work and
the process of sickness of workers. The present study is based theoretically and
methodologically in the historical-critical Marxist perspective by analyzing social
reality from the social processes in their totality. In methodological terms, this is a
documentary and documentary study. The study evidenced that the transformations in
the world of work under the New Organization make flexible, outsource and precarize
the work process, besides the polyvalent work assigned to the worker, provoke and / or
aggravate the process of sickness of the CEREST / JP workers.
