MANEJO INTRA-HOSPITALAR PERANTE A COVID-19: UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Cirurgias de urgência, emergência e eletivas necessitaram de novas orientações, visando a prevenção da disseminação do SARS-CoV-2 em ambientes intra-hospitalares. Estudos sobre medidas protetivas ao novo-coronavírus vêm crescendo nos últimos meses e demonstrando eficácia em diversas instituições de pronto-atendimento. De modo a agrupar as diversas sugestões relatadas como efetivas nessa luta, e atualizar as principais recomendações, a presente revisão narrativa da literatura incluiu artigos, notas técnicas e protocolos, publicados entre o período de março/2020 e maio/2021, sendo identificados e revisados 21 artigos completos. Observa-se a abundância de recomendações de medidas de prevenção à disseminação da doença, durante a realização de Cirurgias de urgência, emergência e eletivas em determinados procedimentos cirúrgicos e pós-cirúrgico e sob cuidados/manejo nos ambientes intra-hospitalares. Por fim, conclui-se que o combate à disseminação viral em ambientes de pronto-atendimento que realizam cirurgias durante a atual pandemia, pode ser prevenido a partir da adesão de simples medidas de proteção pelos profissionais de saúde, associada as decisões e vigilância adequada das instituições.

Abstract:
Emergency and urgency surgeries required new guidelines, aimed at preventing the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in intra-hospital environments. Studies on protective measures against novo-coronavirus have been growing in recent months and have shown efficacy in several emergency care institutions. In order to group the various suggestions reported as effective in this fight, and update the main recommendations, this narrative literature review included articles, technical notes and protocols, published between March/2020 and May/2021, being identified and revised 21 complete articles. There is an abundance of recommendations for measures to prevent the spread of the disease, during the performance of urgency, emergency and elective surgery, in certain surgical and post-surgical procedures and under care/management in intra-hospital environments. Finally, it is concluded that the fight against viral spread in emergency care settings that perform surgeries during the current pandemic can be prevented from the adherence of simple protective measures by health professionals, associated with decisions and adequate surveillance of institutions.
