ATUAÇÃO FONOAUDIOLÓGICA NAS DISFAGIAS EM PACIENTES HOSPITALIZADOS ACOMETIDOS POR COVID-19: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: diante o contexto atual, a Fonoaudiologia tem ganhado papel de destaque na atuação dentro da equipe multidisciplinar na assistência integral ao paciente hospitalizado com sequelas decorrentes da COVID-19. Objetivo: realizar revisão integrativa da literatura da atuação fonoaudiológica em ambiente hospitalar frente ao paciente com sequelas decorrentes da COVID- 19. Métodos: foi realizada busca considerando os descritores em três idiomas (português, inglês e espanhol): “COVID-19”, “Unidades de Internação” e “Fonoaudiologia¨; “Transtornos de Deglutição” e “Unidade de Internação”; “COVID-19”, “Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences”, “Deglutition Disorders” and “Inpatient Care Unit”; "COVID-19", "Fonoaudiología", “Trastornos de Deglución” y "Unidades de Internación” combinados por meio dos operadores “e/and/y”. Resultados: 6 estudos atenderam ao critério de inclusão. Conclusão: a intervenção fonoaudiológica com esses pacientes ainda apresenta poucas evidências científicas, entretanto, pode-se identificar sua contribuição na melhoria da qualidade de vida.

Abstract:
Introduction: in the current context, Speech Therapy has gained a prominent role in the performance within the multidisciplinary team in comprehensive care to hospitalized patients with sequelae resulting from COVID-19. Objective: to carry out an integrative literature review of speech therapy activities in a hospital environment for patients with sequelae resulting from COVID-19. Methods: a search was carried out considering the descriptors in three languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish): “COVID-19”, “Fonoaudiologia”, “Transtornos de Deglutição” e “Unidade de Internação”; “COVID-19”, “Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences”, “Deglutition Disorders” and “Inpatient Care Unit”; "COVID-19", "Fonoaudiología", “Trastornos de Deglución” y "Unidades de Internación " combined through operators “e/or/y”. Results: 6 studies met the inclusion criteria. Conclusion: speech therapy intervention with these patients still has little scientific evidence, however, it is possible to identify its contribution to improving the quality of life of the patient.
