DIÁLOGO ENTRE ARQUITETURA E PRESERVAÇÃO DOCUMENTAL
Aborda as características
arquitetônicas de edifícios de arquivo, o
espaço e condições estruturais como fatores
elementares na preservação documental. Visa
o acesso e disponibilização de informações
de valor cultural, histórico e socioeconômico,
necessitando avaliar às condições e à segurança
da estrutura que abarca o acervo e seu entorno:
os edifícios de arquivo. Identifica diretrizes, que
apontam para as características envolvidas na
construção de edifícios de arquivo, de acordo com
a abrangência da literatura e recomendações
impostas pelo Conselho Nacional de Arquivos
(CONARQ). Analisa por meio do método de
observação, o Arquivo Histórico do Município
de Florianópolis, apontando se o mesmo
encontra-se em conformidade ou não com o
apresentado no referencial teórico. Enfoca
a aplicação dos requisitos do CONARQ para
a criação, implantação e operacionalização
de Arquivos Públicos Municipais dispostos
na Cartilha “Criação e Desenvolvimento de
Arquivos Públicos Municipais: transparência
e acesso à informação para o exercício da
cidadania”. Destaca as práticas arquivísticas
com o diálogo multidisciplinar entre arquivistas,
arquitetos e engenheiros no desenvolvimento
do plano e projeto da construção específica
para edifícios de arquivo. Conclui que o espaço
e estrutura de um edifício de arquivo constituem
fatores influentes na preservação documental

Abstract:
This work deals with the
architectural characteristics of the buildings
that house archives, their spaces and structural
conditions, as well as the elementary factors
in document preservation. The research aims
to access and make available information of
cultural, historical and socioeconomic value, in
addition to evaluating the conditions and security
of the structure that encompasses the collection
and its surroundings. The work also identifies
the guidelines that point to the characteristics
involved in the construction of archive buildings,
according to the comprehensiveness of the
literature and the recommendations imposed by the National Council of Archives (CONARQ). In addition, it analyzes, through the method
of observation, the Historical Archive of the Municipality of Florianopolis, indicating
whether it is in conformity, or not, with the one presented in the theoretical reference. It
focuses on the application of CONARQ requirements for the creation, implementation
and operation of Municipal Public Archives in the “Creation and Development of
Municipal Public Archives: Transparency and access to information for the exercise
of citizenship”. It highlights the archival practices, especially with the multidisciplinary
dialogue between archivists, architects and engineers, for the development of the plan
and project of the specific construction for archive buildings. It concludes that the spaces
and the structure of a file building are influential factors in documentary preservation
