A GESTÃO DA CADEIA PRODUTIVA DO SETOR VITIVINÍCOLA NA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA NACIONAL E INTERNACIONAL: ESTUDO BIBLIOMÉTRICO
O setor vitivinícola está em
movimento. Há um crescimento da atividade em
países e regiões não tradicionais, áreas vitícolas
crescem na América do Sul, Oceania e Ásia,
apesar da Europa continuar sendo o epicentro
da produção vinícola global. O objetivo deste
estudo foi analisar as principais características
da produção intelectual, nacional e internacional,
relacionadas à gestão da cadeia produtiva do
setor vitivinícola. Para tanto, realizou-se uma
pesquisa de caráter bibliométrico a partir dos
artigos encontrados na base de dados Spell,
com os termos Cadeia Produtiva e Vitivinícola,
e nas bases ScienceDirect, Scopus e Web
of Science, com os termos Management e
Chain Productive Wine. Os dados da produção
intelectual foram processados com o auxílio
dos softwares EndNote e Ucinet. Dentre os
resultados encontrados pode-se evidenciar que
o número de artigos publicados que atendem
os pré-requisitos é relativamente pequeno.
Observou-se que o ranking da produção
individual por país é formado, primeiramente,
pela Itália, seguido da Espanha e França, e que
não há, ainda, um periódico que se destaque
nas publicações acerca do tema. Os anos com
maior número de publicações foram 2015 e 2016,
o que indica uma tendência de crescimento dos
estudos e o aumento no interesse acerca das
questões relacionadas à sustentabilidade das
empresas.

Abstract:
The wine sector is on the move.
There is growing activity in non-traditional
countries and regions, wine growing areas grow
in South America, Oceania and Asia, although
Europe remains the epicenter of global wine
production. The objective of this study was to
analyze the main characteristics of intellectual
production, national and international, related
to the management of the production chain of
the wine sector. In order to do so, a bibliometric
study was carried out from the articles found in
the Spell database, with the terms Production
Chain and Vitivíniola, and in the databases ScienceDirect, Scopus and Web of Science,
under the terms Management and Chain Productive Wine. The data of the intellectual
production were processed with the aid of the EndNote and Ucinet software. Among
the results found it can be shown that the number of published articles that meet the
prerequisites, is relatively small. It was observed that the ranking of individual production
by country is formed primarily by Italy followed by Spain and France, and that there is
not yet a newspaper that stands out in the publications on the subject. The years with
the greatest number of publications were 2015 and 2016, indicating a trend of growth
in the studies and an increase in interest in issues related to corporate sustainability.
