RENORMALIZAR O TRABALHO PARA SOBREVIVER AO MEIO: ESTUDO NO BENEFICIAMENTO DE MÁRMORE E GRANITO
A análise ergológica é feita tanto
quanto possível do ponto de vista da atividade,
confrontando os diferentes saberes individuais
com os saberes produzidos na atividade de
trabalho – seja individual ou coletivamente. O
objetivo do artigo foi compreender os usos de si
por si e pelos outros, e os usos do corpo-si nos
processos de umidificação do beneficiamento
de granitos, para promoção da saúde e
segurança, em uma organização localizada
no estado do Espírito Santo. Teve como base
o acompanhamento dos processos de trabalho
no chão-de-fábrica – assumindo a postura de
um cartógrafo, fazendo anotações num diário de
campo. Posteriormente, foi realizada a análise
de conteúdo do material. O estudo evidenciou
aspectos dos usos envolvidos na atividade e
da realidade de trabalho no que diz respeito à
saúde e segurança. O trabalho real vai além
do prescrito, os trabalhadores se engajam
para atender às exigências do meio, como
equacionar e gerir os problemas emergentes,
onde faltam condições dignas de trabalho,
a fim de promover a saúde e segurança dos
trabalhadores

Abstract:
The ergological analysis is done
as much as possible from the point of view of
the activity, confronting the different individual
knowledge with the knowledge produced in the
work activity - either individually or collectively.
The objective of the article was to understand
the uses of oneself and others, and the uses of
the body-itself in the process of humidification
of the granite processing, to promote health
and safety, in an organization located in the
state of Espírito Santo. It was based on the
follow-up of the work processes on the factory
floor - assuming the position of a cartographer,
making notes in a field diary. Subsequently, the
material content analysis was performed. The
study showed aspects of the uses involved in
the activity and the reality of work with regard to
health and safety. The actual work goes beyond
what is prescribed, workers are engaged to meet
the demands of the environment, how to equate
and manage emerging problems, where they lack decent working conditions, in order to promote the health and safety of workers.
