EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR RURAL PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE PROVINCE OF TACNA

El presente trabajo titulado “Modelo de gestión directivo para mejorar el desempeño laboral en docentes y directivos para instituciones educativas públicas rurales de la provincia de Tacna, como respuesta al problema de desempeño laboral y falencias en la gestión directiva, el objetivo fué diseñar, elaborar y proponer un modelo de gestión directivo que permita mejorar el desempeño laboral de docentes y directivos según el diagnóstico logrado, basado en la teoría general de sistemas de Bertalanffy, la teoría de administración de los recursos humanos de Idalberto Chiavenato y normas de MINEDU. La investigación es de carácter descriptivo, analítico y crítico propositivo, en la primera fase se realizó el diagnostico mediante encuestas técnicas, 20 cuestionarios a labores propias del docente y 15 cuestionarios a la labor de directivos; en la segunda fase se propone el modelo. Los resultados indican que el personal docente cumple su labor de regular a bueno, sin embargo, el liderazgo y gestión del directivo son observables, Concluyéndose que la labor de los docentes es aceptable puesto que va de regular a bueno y del director es observable, por lo tanto, se propone un modelo de gestión para mejorar y fortalecer lo bueno y revertir los aspectos negativos con estrategias educativos actuales.

  • Abstract:

    The present work entitled "Executive management model to improve job performance in teachers and managers for rural public educational institutions in the province of Tacna, in response to the problem of job performance and shortcomings in directive management, the objective was to design, develop and propose a managerial management model that allows improving the work performance of teachers and managers according to the diagnosis achieved, based on Bertalanffy's general systems theory, Idalberto Chiavenato's human resource management theory and MINEDU standards. The research is of a descriptive, analytical and critical propositional nature. In the first phase, the diagnosis was made through technical surveys, 20 questionnaires for the teacher's own tasks and 15 questionnaires for the work of managers; in the second phase the model is proposed. The results indicate that the teaching staff fulfills their work from fair to good, however, the leadership and management of the manager are observable, concluding that the work of the teachers is acceptable since it goes from fair to good and the director is observable, for Therefore, a management model is proposed to improve and strengthen the good and reverse the negative aspects with current educational strategies
