CULTURA E INTEGRAÇÃO REGIONAL: UNILA UM NOVO PARADIGMA CULTURAL PARA INTEGRAÇÃO REGIONAL.
O núcleo desse artigo é a análise da
inserção da Universidade Federal da Integração
Latino Americana – UNILA como ferramenta
de fomento das políticas culturais para
integração. A partir deste ponto de vista, tentase traçar, por meio de visões coletadas junto a
literatura especializada, um breve panorama do
aspecto cultural nos processos de integração
latino-americanos, a influências teóricas que
agiram sobre esses assuntos, bem como a
temática cultural passou a compor agenda
internacional dos países latino-americanos a
partir da iniciativa UNILA, devido a crescente
percepção da fundamental importância da
cultura para criação de novas práticas políticas
integracionais. Sendo perceptível durante a
pesquisa, a visualização de uma expressiva
escalada no nível de importância dada a tais
assuntos, fazendo com que o aspecto cultural
atualmente seja considerado como assunto de
crescente importância na agenda internacional.
Uma conclusão para a labiríntica questão acerca
da integração regional denota a necessidade
de novas formas de abordagem para além
dos tradicionais aspectos econômicos ou
meramente políticos, sendo necessária uma
guinada na forma como as questões e assuntos
são percebidos e encaminhados, sendo o
emergente aspecto cultural da integração um
fator preponderante a ser considerado.

Abstract:
The core of this article is the
analysis of the insertion of the Federal University
of Latin American Integration - UNILA as a tool
to promote cultural policies for integration. From
this point of view, it is tried to draw, through
visions collected with specialized literature, a
brief overview of the cultural aspect in the Latin
American integration processes, the theoretical
influences that have acted on these subjects,
as well as the cultural theme became part of
the international agenda of the Latin American
countries, based on the UNILA initiative, due
to the growing awareness of the fundamental
importance of culture for the creation of new
integrative political practices. Being perceptible
during the research, the visualization of an
expressive escalation in the level of importance
given to such subjects, making the cultural
aspect currently be considered as a subject of
growing importance in the international agenda.
A conclusion to the labyrinthine question about regional integration denotes the need for new approaches beyond traditional economic
or merely political aspects, and a shift in the way issues and issues are perceived and
addressed is the emerging cultural aspect of a preponderant factor to be considered
