DEPRESSÃO CRÔNICA NA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA – RELATO DE CASO
Objetivo: Relatar o caso de uma paciente portadora de depressão crônica cujo manejo foi realizado por teleconsulta. Método: as informações foram obtidas por meio da aplicação de testes de triagem, anamnese, avaliação psicológica, teleconsulta, exame do estado mental e conduta tomada através da psiquiatra. Considerações finais: o relato de caso traz informações sobre a aplicabilidade da telessaúde no manejo de pacientes graves com quadro recorrente à terapia medicamentosa convencional utilizada pelo clínico geral.

Abstract:
Aim: To report the case of a patient with chronic depression whose management was carried out by teleconsultation. Method: the information was obtained through the application of screening tests, anamnesis, psychological assessment, teleconsultation, examination of the mental state and conduct performed by the psychiatrist. Final comments: the case report provides information on the applicability of telehealth in the management of critical patients with recurrent symptoms to conventional drug therapy used by the general practitioner.
