Inserção e Práticas de Enfermagem
Relato de experiência dos 25 anos de Graduação em Enfermagem da 37ª turma de Enfermagem da Escola de Enfermagem Wenceslau Braz. Experiências que contextualizam o conhecimento e a execução das atividades da Atenção Primária nos diversos níveis federativos. A experiência junto à gestão do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) iniciou com a esfera estadual no momento da municipalização, juntamente com as expectativas e a esperança de um sistema inovador. Já no campo municipal, a participação junto á construção do material didático para a capacitação dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) por ter sido algo inovador e piloto no Brasil resultou em uma soma de conhecimentos. A também atuação enquanto supervisora da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) e ACS ampliou o olhar diante da gestão da estratégia somado ás experiências como organização, planejamento das construções das Unidades Saúde em Família (USF) e consequentemente, o acolhimento dos profissionais nos diversos Distritos Sanitários (DS) que enriqueceram o aprendizado no dia a dia. No nível federal, a atuação como consultora no Ministério da Saúde elevou a aprendizagem diante das legislações e Políticas Públicas de Saúde. Inserida na Secretária de Gestão do Trabalho e Educação em Saúde (SEGTES) fortaleceu a sensibilidade frente as necessidade de educação permanente dos profissionais de saúde, especificamente nos Programas Mais Médicos, PROFAPS, PROVAB. E na Coordenação Nacional da Pessoa Idosa (COSAPI) o conhecimento técnico das inovações legais e estruturais dos serviços ofertados as pessoas idosas fortaleceu a contextualização do SUS. As experiências exitosas nacionais demonstraram o quanto o serviço á pessoa idosa tem fortalecido diante á demanda da clientela. Assim, apresento detalhadamente a oportunidade ímpar em ter participado da gestão do SUS nas três esferas o qual resultou consideravelmente no crescimento profissional.

Abstract:
Experience report of the 25 years of Nursing Graduation of the 37th Nursing class at the Wenceslau Braz Nursing School. Experiences that contextualize the knowledge and execution of Primary Care activities at the different federal levels. The experience with the management of the Unified Health System (SUS) started with the state level at the time of municipalization, together with the expectations and hope for an innovative system. In the municipal field, participation in the construction of didactic material for the training of Community Health Agents (CHA) for having been something innovative and pilot in Brazil resulted in a sum of knowledge. Also acting as a supervisor for the Family Health Strategy (FHS) and ACS broadened the perspective of the strategy management added to the experiences as organization, planning of the construction of the Family Health Units (USF) and, consequently, the reception of professionals in the different Districts Toilets (DS) that enriched learning on a daily basis. At the federal level, acting as a consultant in the Ministry of Health increased learning in the face of laws and Public Health Policies. Inserted in the Secretary of Labor Management and Health Education (SEGTES) strengthened the sensitivity towards the need for permanent education of health professionals. specifically in the Mais Médicos Programs, PROFAPS, PROVAB. And in the National Coordination for the Elderly (COSAPI) the technical knowledge of the legal and structural innovations of the services offered to the elderly strengthened the contextualization of SUS. Successful national experiences have shown how much service to the elderly has strengthened in the face of customer demand. Thus, I present in detail the unique opportunity to have participated in the management of SUS in the three spheres which has resulted considerably in professional growth.
