A PRÁTICA DA DOCENCIA E A METODOLOGIA PROBLEMATIZADORA NO ENSINO DA ENFERAMGEM
No curso de Enfermagem, o professor é um dos mais importantes agentes do processo de formação, na qual irá conduzir para o fortalecimento da prática do cuidar e se responsabilizar pela capacitação do exercício da profissional. Ele é o veículo para o processo aprendizagem. É importante uma prática educativa que priorize o desenvolvimento da capacidade crítica do educando, pois é o homem que determinará uma realidade por meio de sua capacidade de intervenção. O docente, no processo de construção do conhecimento, junto com o aluno, tem grande destaque porque vai nortear o construir por meio das ferramentas metodológicas, na qual a avaliação, importante instrumento para compreensão da evolução do ensino aprendizagem, vai conduzir para a formação por competência, habilidades e conteúdos curriculares. É necessário que se conheça o verdadeiro papel do professor no processo educacional para construção de um ensino reflexivo e coerente com a realidade atual. Na docência é importante atender as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais que requer a prática técnico-cientifica competente atendendo a necessidade deste aluno de forma qualificada, segura e resolutiva, valorizando os conhecimentos prévios para construção de novos saberes na inserção ativa e participativa deste aluno. Portanto este estudo teve como objetivo descrever a experiência na docência por meio do uso da metodologia ativa baseando na problematização no curso de Graduação de Enfermagem.

Abstract:
In the Nursing course, the teacher is one of the most important agents in the training process, in which he will lead to the strengthening of the practice of caring and take responsibility for the training of the professional. It is the vehicle for the learning process. An educational practice that prioritizes the development of the student's critical capacity is important, as it is the man who will determine a reality through his intervention capacity. The teacher, in the process of knowledge construction, together with the student, has great prominence because it will guide the construction through the methodological tools, in which the evaluation, an important instrument for understanding the evolution of teaching and learning, will lead to training by competence, skills and curriculum content. It is necessary to know the true role of the teacher in the educational process to build a reflective and consistent teaching with the current reality. In teaching, it is important to comply with the National Curriculum Guidelines, which requires competent technical-scientific practice, meeting the needs of this student in a qualified, safe and resolute way, valuing previous knowledge to build new knowledge in the active and participative insertion of this student. Therefore, this study aimed to describe the teaching experience through the use of active methodology based on problematization in the Nursing Undergraduate course.
