DESEMPENHO DE UMA HABITAÇÃO DE INTERESSE SOCIAL PELO PROGRAMA BRASILEIRO DE ETIQUETAGEM DE EDIFICAÇÃO: ESTUDO DE CASO EM SÃO LUÍS DO MARANHÃO
Eficiência Energética nas edificações implica tanto em redução de despesas como também diminuição dos impactos ambientais. Em Habitação de Interesse Social – HIS, voltada para à população de baixa renda, o fator econômico para o usuário desta edificação é de suma importância, no entanto, o conforto ambiental, qualidade ambiental e sustentabilidade em que se está inserido não se pode ser menosprezado. Esta investigação busca avaliar um modelo de HIS já construído pelo Método Prescritivo do Programa Brasileiro de Etiquetagem – PBE na cidade São Luís do Maranhão. Foram realizados diversos ensaios do seu desempenho baseados na sua estrutura original, segundo a memória descritiva do empreendimento e, posteriormente, foram inseridas nos referidos ensaios novas composições construtivas e arquitetônicas em busca de melhores desempenhos térmicos e energéticos na edificação. Assim como o atendimento as normas: NBR 15220-3/2005, NBR 15515-4/2013 e NBR 15515-5/2013. Como resultado houve um avanço satisfatório na classificação da eficiência energética do projeto inicial → proposta final, no entanto, foram apresentadas algumas fragilidades do Método Prescritivo, sendo assim, foi inserido sugestões para futuras versões. Quanto ao atendimento das normas verificou-se que o projeto original apresentou um bom desempenho. Enseja-se, após análise dos dados obtidos, contribuir para melhorias da qualidade construtiva, do conforto ambiental e de bases sustentáveis para HIS, salvaguardando o meio ambiente.

Abstract:
Energy Efficiency in buildings implies both in reduction of expenses as well as reduction of environmental impacts. In Housing of Social Interest - HIS, aimed at the low income population, the economic factor for the user of this building is of utmost importance, however, the environmental comfort, environmental quality and sustainability in which it is incased can not be overlooked. This research aims to evaluate a model of HIS already built by the Prescribing Method of the Brazilian Labeling Program (Programa Brasileiro de Etiquetagem – PBE) in the city of São Luís of Maranhão. Several performance tests were carried out based on their original structure, according to the descriptive memorial of the project and, later, new constructive and architectural compositions were inserted in the tests in search of better thermal and energetic performances in the building. As well as its compliance with brazilian standards: NBR 15220-3/2005, NBR 15515-4/2013 and NBR 15515-5/2013. As a result, there was a satisfactory advance in the energy efficiency classification of the initial project → final proposal, however, some weaknesses of the Prescriptive Method were presented, and therefore, suggestions for future versions were inserted. As for compliance with standards, it was found that the original project performed well. After analyzing the obtained data, it is proposed to contribute to improvements in the constructive quality, environmental comfort and sustainable bases for HIS, safeguarding the environment.
