  • Abstract:

This document simulated two situations for a bank branch belonging to the exclusive customer service segment, located in the city of Curitiba-PR. Initially, the agency presents itself according to the original air conditioning project, using twelve VRF air conditioning evaporators, two VRF condensers, a conventional Split High-Wall set and six External air injection fans with a total flow of 1,750 m³/h subsequently, the second situation changed the configuration of the equipment park, replacing the two VRF condensing units with others of lower thermal capacity, due to the replacement of the six fans by two heat recovery units with a combined flow of 2,000 m³/h, thus demonstrating that the second situation is possible to reduce costs, with the investment in the purchase of air conditioning equipment, with electricity costs and finally providing excellent thermal comfort for customers and employees of the bank branch.
