Dinâmicas de Ação dos Fisioterapeutas Portugueses - Tendências, problemas e perspectivas
Constituiu objecto deste trabalho, revelar a estrutura conceptual dum trabalho realizado sobre os fisioterapeutas portugueses, contextualizando a perspectiva fundamental de interligação entre o seu passado e o presente, com base num olhar plural sobre os dilemas e as tendências deste grupo profissional. Da conjugação destes pontos, mobilizamos uma reflexão sobre os princípios orientadores subjacentes às dimensões normativas e no quadro axiológico das práticas profissionais dos fisioterapeutas. A partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, e em termos estritos, os resultados do estudo permitiram-nos conhecer, e compreender as características deste grupo profissional, com uma estruturação e reestruturação própria de relações e recursos parecendo influenciar o seu futuro (profissão/profissional), moldado por uma tendência cada vez maior de “erosão” na matriz identitária de regulação e controlo do seu quotidiano de trabalho.

Abstract:
It was the object of this work to reveal the conceptual structure of a work carried out on Portuguese physiotherapists, contextualizing the fundamental perspective of interconnection between their past and present, based on a plural view on the dilemmas and tendencies of this professional group. From the combination of these points, we mobilize a reflection on the guiding principles underlying the normative dimensions and on the axiological framework of the professional practices of physiotherapists. From a qualitative approach, and in strict terms, the results of the study allowed us to know and understand the characteristics of this professional group, with structuring and restructuring of relationships and resources seeming to influence their future (profession/professional), shaped by the increasing tendency of "erosion" in the identity matrix of regulation and control of their daily work.
