INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES IN THE CLASSROOM LEARNING PROCESS
A diversidade individual em sala de aula está representada por alunos que apresentam um comportamento diferenciado do que é tido pela escola como o comportamento ideal para a aprendizagem, o que faz com que muitos alunos não sejam contemplados com a aprendizagem mediante a sua condição de diferentes. Mediante a esta problematização organizamos este trabalho com o objetivo de analisar como a diversidade individual vem sendo discutida no âmbito teórico por intelectuais do campo da educação, psicologia e das ciências sociais. Assim, este trabalho teve como metodologia a pesquisa Bibliográfica em estudos de autores que investigam a diversidade individual no contexto educacional. Este trabalho teve como categoria de análise a diversidade individual no processo de aprendizagem em âmbito de sala de aula. Concluímos por meio de análise, que esta temática é de extrema necessidade para efetivar o direito a educação dos que são tidos pela escola e pelos professores como diferentes no processo de aprender.

Abstract:
Individual diversity in the classroom is represented by students who feature a distinctive behavior from what is considered by the school as the ideal behavior for learning, this means that many students are not contemplated with learning because of their different condition. Through this problematization we organized this work in order to analyze how individual diversity has been discussed in the theoretical scope by intellectuals from the field of education, psychology and the social sciences. Thus, this work had as methodology the Bibliographical research in studies of authors who investigate the individual diversity in the educational context. This work was focused on individual diversity in the classroom learning in the process in the classroom environment. We conclude through analysis, that this subject is extremely necessary to make effective the right to education of those who are considered by the school and teachers as different in the process of learning.
