O PROJETO RECEPÇÃO CIDADÃ: ACOLHIDA DE ESTUDANTES INGRESSANTES DO IFTM, CAMPUS UBERLÂNDIA
Desenvolver habilidades e competências, do ponto de vista ético, solidário e humano com estudantes bolsistas e voluntários, responsáveis por auxiliar na coordenação do planejamento, estruturação e execução das atividades do Projeto Recepção Cidadã, tornando-os multiplicadores de novas práticas. A metodologia de execução consistiu primeiramente em estudos sobre inclusão, bullying e diversidade. Em seguida, foram realizadas reuniões para compreender as ações que já haviam sido realizadas em anos anteriores com o intuito de aprimorá-las e momentos de formação com os estudantes que se inscreveram como monitores para atuar na recepção dos alunos ingressantes na instituição. Além, desse momento de recepção, o trabalho se efetiva com ações no período da matrícula e na primeira semana de aula. Os resultados atingidos referem-se a: desenvolvimento, no grupo de alunos monitores e disseminação das ideias trabalhadas durante o processo com os demais estudantes, relacionadas a princípios éticos, cidadãos, solidários e cooperativos; oportunidade de estudos, reflexões e conhecimentos aos assuntos relacionados à educação inclusiva e à diversidade; efetivação e ampliação dos resultados dos eventos promovidos durante este projeto de acolhida.

Abstract:
To develop skills and competences, from an ethical, supportive and human point of view with scholarship students and volunteers, responsible for assisting in the coordination of the planning, structuring and execution of the activities of the Citizen Reception Project, making them multipliers of new practices. The execution methodology consisted primarily of studies on inclusion, bullying and diversity. Then, meetings were held to understand the actions that had already been carried out in previous years in order to improve them and training moments with students who signed up as monitors to act in the reception of students entering the institution. In addition to this moment of reception, the work is carried out with actions during the registration period and in the first week of class. The results achieved refer to: development, in the group of student monitors and dissemination of ideas worked on during the process with the other students, related to ethical principles, citizens, solidarity and cooperatives; opportunity for studies, reflections and knowledge on issues related to inclusive education and diversity; effecting and expanding the results of the events promoted during this welcoming project.
