PRÁTICAS INTEGRATIVAS E COMPLEMENTARES NO ATENDIMENTO A SAÚDE FÍSICA E MENTAL DOS GRADUANDOS DO CURSO DE MEDICINA

A Síndrome de Burnout, é reconhecida pela Organização Mundial da Saúde e pelas leis do Brasil, como doença ocupacional. Acomete grande parte dos profissionais de saúde podendo levar a exaustão e esgotamento psicológico. O estudo teve como objetivo geral: Reconhecer as ocorrências da SB nos acadêmicos do curso de medicina – JU. Específicos: Favorecer o conhecimento das PICs pelos acadêmicos de medicina e apresentar propostas de intervenção na saúde dos estudantes. A metodologia utilizada foi a aplicação de um questionário adaptado “Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey (MBI-SS)” para levantamento de dados da SB e da intervenção com práticas integrativas e complementares com a realização de 6 encontros de PICs, com intuito de atender aos alunos que desejaram conhecer e se inserir no atendimento das PICs. Os dados provenientes do levantamento foram quantificados e analisados com base no referencial teórico. Os dados obtidos com a realização das oficinas receberam um tratamento qualitativo, com análise de conteúdo, tendo como base o instrumento de avaliação oferecido por ocasião das oficinas.

  • Abstract:

    The Burnout Syndrome is recognized by the World Health Organization and the laws of Brazil, as an occupational disease. It affects most health professionals and can lead to exhaustion and psychological exhaustion. The general objective of the study was to: Recognize the occurrences of BS in medical students - JU. Specifics: To promote the knowledge of PICs by medical students and to present proposals for intervention in the health of students. The methodology used was the application of an adapted questionnaire “Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey (MBI-SS)” to collect data from the SB and the intervention with integrative and complementary practices with the realization of 6 PIC meetings, in order to meet the students who wished to know and become involved in the care of PICs. The data from the survey were quantified and analyzed based on the theoretical framework. The data obtained with the realization of the workshops received a qualitative treatment, with content analysis, based on the assessment instrument offered during the workshops.
