CARACTERÍSTICAS DAS NOTIFICAÇÕES DE AGRAVOS E DOENÇAS RELACIONADAS AO TRABALHO NO MUNICÍPIO DE MACEIÓ
Os agravos e doenças relacionados ao trabalho se enquadram no grupo de notificações compulsórias que devem ser realizadas por profissionais ou responsáveis pelos estabelecimentos de saúde. Diante disso, esse estudo objetivou analisar os casos notificados desses eventos laborais no município de Maceió, no período de 2013 a 2016, a partir de um estudo quantitativo/descritivo de dados provenientes do SINAN. Para tanto, foram analisadas as seguintes variáveis: agravos/doenças relacionados ao trabalho, unidade de saúde de notificação, sexo, faixa etária, ocupação, emissão da CAT e evolução do caso. Os resultados apontam uma predominância de casos de acidentes por exposição a material biológico, atingindo principalmente o sexo feminino, gênero dominante na profissão de enfermagem. Esta pesquisa traz subsídios para que as autoridades intensifiquem as ações de fiscalização e vigilância no ambiente laboral, a fim de evitar sub-registros e subnotificações que impossibilitem identificar a realidade dos casos que deveriam ser de notificação compulsória.

Abstract:
Work-related injuries and illnesses fall within the group of compulsory notifications that must be carried out by professionals or those responsible for health facilities. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the notified cases of these work events in the city of Maceió, from 2013 to 2016, based on a quantitative / descriptive study of data from SINAN. For that, the following variables were analyzed: work-related injuries / illnesses, notification health unit, sex, age group, occupation, CAT issue and evolution of the case. The results point to a predominance of cases of accidents due to exposure to biological material, affecting mainly the female sex, a dominant gender in the nursing profession. This research provides subsidies for the authorities to intensify the inspection and surveillance actions in the work environment, in order to avoid underreporting and underreporting that make it impossible to identify the reality of the cases that should be mandatory notification.
