A INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DA DIFERENÇA: REFLEXÕES SOBRE POLÍTICAS INCLUSIVAS NA EDUCAÇÃO E SUAS PRÁTICAS DE GOVERNO
Neste texto, centramos nossa reflexão na emergência do termo inclusão, buscando entendê-lo como um processo social, econômico, histórico e cultural produzido pela modernidade. Ao abordar o termo inclusão é necessário articula-lo a outro termo que ganhou espaço e destaque - diferença. Na tentativa de discutir sobre esses termos, procuramos, neste breve ensaio, envolver alguns aspectos sobre as tentativas de institucionalizar a diferença e suas práticas de governamento na sociedade moderna. Para tratar os conceitos em questão, faço uma conexão teórica com Michel Foucault, por considerá-lo como uma das referências principais, pois, através de suas reflexões sobre a sociedade moderna e suas instituições, abriu-se a possibilidade de um olhar crítico sobre os sujeitos construídos por tais instituições e sociedade. As noções de biopolítica e normalização nos ajudam a trazer tais questionamentos sobre a construção do sujeito social. Em síntese, o caminho para os estudos sobre o tema em questão pressupõe um aprofundamento nos meandros que regulam as políticas inclusivas na educação e as práticas de governo que vêm engendrando discursivamente esses saberes e fazeres.

Abstract:
In this paper, will focus our reflection on the emergence of the term inclusion, seeking to understand it as a social process, economic, historical and cultural, produced by modernity. When discussing the term inclusion it is necessary to articulate it to another term that has gained ground and highlight the concept of difference. In an attempt to discuss these, we try in this short essay involve some aspects of the attempts of institutionalization of difference and their governamento practices in modern society. To address the concepts in question, seek a theoretical connection with Michel Foucault, taking it as one of the main references for through his reflections on modern society and its institutions opened up the possibility of a critical look at the subject constructed by such institutions and society.The biopolitics notions and standards help us to bring such questions about the construction of the social subject. In short, the path of studies on the subject in question presupposes a deepening in the intricacies governing inclusive policies in education and government practices that have been discursively engendering such knowledge and practices. -
