ANÁLISE DA SÉRIE TEMPORAL DA PRODUÇÃO DE LEITE CRU NOS ESTADOS DA REGIÃO NORDESTE DO BRASIL
O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as flutuações das séries temporais das taxas da produção de leite cru dos estados da região nordeste do Brasil no período 2009 a 2019. Para atender ao objetivo proposto utilizamos duas estratégias principais: primeiro foi definida a estatística descritiva das séries objetos de estudo; segundo determinamos a estimação da tendência e variação percentual anual viamodelo de regressãolinear simples com correção de Prais Winsten. Os resultados indicam tendência estatisticamente significante e crescente para as taxas por 100 mil habitantes da produção de leite cru nos estado de Alagoas, Ceará, Piauí e Sergipe. A análise espacial revelou maior produção de leite cru (em mil litros) por 100 mil habitantes nos estados de Sergipe, Ceará, Pernambuco e Bahia.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the fluctuations in the time series of raw milk production rates in the states of the northeast region of Brazil in the period 2009 to 2019. To meet the proposed objective, we use two main strategies: first, the descriptive statistics of the object series was defined of study; second, we determine the estimation of the trend and annual percentage variation using a simple linear regression model with PraisWinsten correction. The results indicate a statistically significant and growing trend for rates per 100 thousand inhabitants of raw milk production in the states of Alagoas, Ceará, Piauí and Sergipe. The spatial analysis revealed a higher production of raw milk (in a thousand liters) per 100 thousand inhabitants in the states of Sergipe, Ceará, Pernambuco and Bahia.
