Esse trabalho objetiva desenvolver um FCM (Mapa Cognitivo

Fuzzy), para avaliação do nível de satisfação dos alunos da Universidade

Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, Câmpus Cornélio Procópio (UTFPR-CP). O

FCM combina aspectos de outras técnicas inteligentes. Essa ferramenta possui

capacidade de inferência por meio de conceitos e relações causais entre eles

(o nível de influência entre as variáveis do modelo). Seu desenvolvimento

começa com a determinação das possíveis áreas que afetaria o nível de

satisfação na UTFPR-CP. Por meio de formulários on-line, foi possível

quantificar a influência das seguintes áreas inicialmente detectadas: formação

de professores, estruturas de laboratórios e salas de aula, moradia, biblioteca e

limpeza. Em geral, as instituições de ensino não possuem ferramentas que

forneçam uma análise crítica de sua qualidade. Este trabalho tem como

objetivo propor uma ferramenta para melhorar a instituição a médio/longo

prazo. Com o desenvolvimento do modelo FCM, foi possível identificar os

pontos positivos e negativos que afetam o nível de satisfação em Cursos de

Engenharia da área Elétrica UTFPR-CP.

Abstract:
This work aims to develop an FCM (Fuzzy Cognitive Map) whose

function is to assess the satisfaction level of students at Federal Technological

University of Parana, Campus Cornélio Procópio (UTFPR-CP). The FCM

combines aspects of other intelligent techniques. This tool can inference

through concepts and causal relationships between them (the level of influence

between the variables in the model). Its development begins with the

determination of the possible areas that would affect the level of satisfaction at

UTFPR-CP. Through online forms, it was possible to quantify the influence of

the following initially detected areas: teacher training, laboratories and

classrooms structures, housing, library, and cleaning. In general, education

institutions do not have tools that provide a critical analysis of its quality. This

work aims to propose a tool for improving the institution in the medium/long

term. So that: with the development of the FCM model, it was possible to
