MULHER-MARAVILHA: REPRESENTAÇÃO SOCIOCULTURAL NA CINEMATOGRAFIA
Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar uma análise comparativa da super-heroína Mulher-Maravilha e suas representações sociais entre seu debut nas histórias em quadrinhos (HQs) de 1941 e o processo cinematográfico de 2017. Buscando compreender a trajetória da personagem traçamos a contextualização de sua construção, nos atentando tanto aos acontecimentos históricos que contribuíram para a personificação da Mulher-Maravilha, quanto aos aspectos socioculturais aceitos como modelo para as mulheres da época, assim como nos detivemos na experiência de vida de seu criador, William Marston, que direcionou o ato de criação da heroína. Também analisamos o contexto sociocultural que resultou na criação cinematográfica da super-heroína na contemporaneidade. Para isso, nos pautamos nos estudos do cinema e das questões de gênero, e utilizamos como procedimentos metodológicos a análise bibliográfica e a análise comparativa entre as características presentes na estreia das HQs quanto no filme Mulher Maravilha (2017), com o intuito de identificar e perceber as semelhanças e diferenças nos discursos das representações sociais acerca da personagem Mulher-Maravilha, abordando as caracterizações visuais e o contexto sociocultural de cada período.

Abstract:
This work aims to present a comparative analysis of the superheroine Wonder Woman and its social representations between her debut in the comic books (HQs) of 1941 and the cinematographic process of 2017. Seeking to understand the trajectory of the character we trace the contextualization of her construction, paying attention both to the historical events that contributed to the personification of Wonder Woman, as well as to the sociocultural aspects accepted as a model for women of the time, as well as dwelling on the life experience of its creator, William Marston, who directed the act of heroin creation. We also analyzed the socio-cultural context that resulted in the cinematographic creation of the superheroine in contemporary times. For this, we are guided by the studies of cinema and gender issues, and we use as methodological procedures the bibliographic analysis and the comparative analysis between the characteristics present in the premiere of the comic books and in the film Wonder Woman (2017), in order to identify and perceive the similarities and differences in the discourses of social representations about the character Wonder Woman, addressing the visual characterizations and the socio-cultural context of each period.
