O PROGRAMA DE EXCELENCIA NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA E A SISTEMÁTICA DA GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO ESTRATÉGICO NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES ESCOLARES DE EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NA CIDADE DE SARANDI – PR
Tendo como ideia central, entender
e caracterizar o que vem a ser um sistema
de gestão do conhecimento estratégico e a
composição de seus subsistemas a fim de
identificá-los no contexto da rede municipal
de educação infantil na cidade de Sarandi,
Paraná é que o Programa de Excelência na
Educação Básica (PEEB) atividade de extensão
institucional da Unicesumar abre espaço para
tal investigação O propósito principal do (PEEB)
é o de oferecer suporte e assessoramento às
escolas da rede municipal da região noroeste
do Paraná na linha de gestão. Acredita-se
que este estudo permitirá a identificação de
contribuições estratégicas, e como estas podem
interferir no funcionamento organizacional.
Ter conhecimento e compartilhar afim de que
ele se propague ou se aprimore não é tarefa
simples. Muitos gestores escolares ainda
com pensamentos concentradores tendem a
repetir processos aprendidos no decorrer do
exercício da profissão e acabam por sufocar
o que já conquistou enquanto conhecimento
seja ele tácito ou explícito. Adotam postura
que bloqueiam ou não oportunizam novas
experiências, preferem se manter numa
posição de estabilidade e conforto sem quebrar
paradigmas. O limite deste trabalho é o da
rede municipal de educação infantil na cidade
de Sarandi, Paraná composta por 14 unidades
escolares. A metodologia adotada foi à
exploratória com apoio na bibiografia especifica
da área. Os dados foram levantados através de
questionário aplicado em todas as unidades e
a interpretação dos mesmos se deu de forma
quali e quantitativa

Abstract:
The central idea is to understand
and characterize what is a strategic knowledge
management system and the composition of
its subsystems in order to identify them in the
context of the municipal education system
in the city of Sarandi, Paraná. the Program
for Excellence in Basic Education (PEEB)
Unicesumar institutional extension activity opens up space for such research The main purpose of the PEEB is to provide support
and advice to schools in the municipal network of the northwest region of Paraná in the
line of management. It is believed that this study will allow the identification of strategic
contributions, and how these may interfere in organizational functioning. Knowing and
sharing in order to propagate or improve yourself is not a simple task. Many school
managers still with concentrated thoughts tend to repeat processes learned during the
exercise of their profession and end up stifling what they have already conquered as
knowledge, be it tacit or explicit. They adopt a stance that blocks or does not allow new
experiences; they prefer to remain in a position of stability and comfort without breaking
paradigms. The limit of this work is that of the municipal child education network in
the city of Sarandi, Paraná, made up of 14 school units. The methodology adopted
was exploratory with support in the area-specific bibiography. Data were collected
through a questionnaire applied in all units and their interpretation was qualitative and
quantitative
