A INFLUÊNCIA DO PRONAF NA ECONOMIA REGIONAL E NA GERAÇÃO DE RENDA EM PEQUENAS PROPRIEDADES RURAIS
Este trabalho teve por pretensão
realizar análises da tomada de créditos
por parte dos agricultores no município de
Tuparendi/RS, relacionando e medindo a
influência do PRONAF sore a geração de
riqueza no agronegócio local e a evolução do
PIB municipal e agropecuário. Para este estudo
buscou-se informações sobre os montantes de
recursos destinados aos agricultores através
do programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da
Agricultura Familiar - Pronaf, o qual se destina a
estimular a geração de renda e melhorar o uso da
mão de obra familiar, por meio do financiamento
de atividades e serviços rurais agropecuários
e não agropecuários desenvolvidos em
estabelecimentos rurais. O desenvolvimento
desse estudo é de caráter exploratório e
qualitativo, sendo extraídas informações de um
universo de 3058 produtores, somente daqueles
que fizeram uso dos recursos do PRONAF,
durante os anos de 2009 até 2014, direcionado
para o uso em agropecuária. A confecção dos
dados, a partir dos resultados levantados na
pesquisa, tem importante participação para uma
análise científica, pois permite a extração de
informações que antes poderiam ser difíceis de
interpretar, uma vez que, distribuídos de forma
gráfica, permitem a interpretação eficaz. Com
relação ao número total de contratos, houve
uma estabilidade de 2011 para 2012, ano da
grande seca, já os contratos específicos para a
pecuária, recuaram 25,57% de um ano para o
outro, no ano de 2013 apresenta-se novamente

Abstract:
This work was pretense perform
analysis of the loan taken by farmers in the municipality of Tuparendi/RS relating and measuring the influence of PRONAF
sore generating wealth at the local agribusiness and the evolution of municipal and
agricultural PIB. For this study we sought information about the features of amounts
allocated to farmers through the National Family Agriculture Empowerment Program -
Pronaf, which is intended to stimulate income generation and improve the use of family
labor, through the financing activities and agricultural and non-agricultural rural services
developed in rural establishments. The development of this study is exploratory and
qualitative, with information extracted from a universe of 3058 producers, only those
who have made use of PRONAF resources during the years 2009 through 2014,
targeted for use in agriculture. The preparation of the data, from the data collected
in the survey, plays an important role for scientific analysis as it allows the extraction
of information that previously could be difficult to interpret, since spread graphically,
allow effective interpretation. Regarding the total number of contracts, there was a
2011 stability for 2012, the year of drought, as the specific contracts for livestock, fell
25.57% from one year to the next, in 2013 presents itself again rise in total and specific
numbers, indicating new cycles in the livestock sector
