ANÁLISE DA PAISAGEM RURAL DO MUNICÍPIO DE MARIALVA – PR: A EMPRESA BSBIOS COMO AGENTE INDUTOR DA PAISAGEM
O estudo dos agentes que
transformam o território é muito importante, pois
são eles que modificam o espaço geográfico
e constroem novas paisagens. A paisagem,
que é um conceito bem discutido na ciência
geográfica, será o foco deste estudo. O objetivo
desse trabalho é analisar a paisagem rural do
município de Marialva-PR e verificar se houve
alguma modificação a partir de um agente
indutor da produção agrícola no município,
que é a empresa BSBios. Outras questões
importantes analisadas no presente trabalho
é se a empresa também afeta a economia
da cidade; como funciona a sua dinâmica de
atuação na cidade e na região, e também quais
os benefícios que a instalação da empresa
proporciona para Marialva. Para compreender
todas essas questões que envolvem os
objetivos do trabalho é importante destacar
as contribuições de Georges Bertrand no
estudo da paisagem e o debate do conceito
de desenvolvimento regional e paisagem. O
contexto histórico da região também se faz
presente, que no caso de Marialva, se iniciou a
partir da expansão da cafeicultura do estado de
São Paulo, para a região Norte do Paraná. Esse
estudo tem caráter qualitativo, contando com as
técnicas da pesquisa de campo, entrevistas e
as análises bibliográficas e documentais dos
materiais relevantes para a temática trabalhada

Abstract:
The study of the agents that
transform the territory is very important, since
they modify the geographic space and construct
new landscapes. The landscape, which is a
well-discussed concept in geographic science,
will be the focus of this study. The objective of
this work is to analyze the rural landscape of the
municipality of Marialva-PR and verify if there
was any modification from an agent inducing
agricultural production in the municipality, which
is the company BSBios. Other important issues
analyzed in this paper is whether the company
also affects the city’s economy; how its
dynamics work in the city and in the region, and
also the benefits that the company’s installation
provides for Marialva. In order to understand all
these issues that involve the objectives of the
work it is important to highlight the contributions
of Georges Bertrand in the study of landscape and the debate of the concept of regional development and landscape. The historical
context of the region is also present, which in the case of Marialva, started from the
expansion of coffee cultivation in the state of São Paulo, to the northern region of
Paraná. This study has a qualitative character, counting on the techniques of the field
research, interviews and the bibliographical and documentary analyzes of the relevant
materials for the thematic work.
