COMPROMETIMENTO: UMA DECISÃO PESSOAL DO ALUNO
O presente artigo trata da necessidade
de se dar a responsabilidade ao aluno no
processo ensino-aprendizagem, tornando-o o
protagonista de seu projeto de conhecimento.
Ao professor caberá a responsabilidade de
utilizar didáticas e metodologias adequadas à
especificidade da abordagem filosófica para
o estudante de Direito. A partir da análise das
relações entre a os agentes envolvidos na
relação ensino-aprendizagem e a Filosofia,
procura-se identificar os principais desafios
que se relacionam à adoção de uma prática
pedagógica capaz de superar a dicotomia entre
a teoria e a prática no processo de ensinoaprendizagem
da disciplina.

Abstract:
This article deals with the need
to give responsibility to the student in the
teaching-learning process, making him the
protagonist of his knowledge project. The
teacher will be responsible for using didactics
and methodologies appropriate to the specificity
of the philosophical approach for the student
of Law. Based on the analysis of the relations
between the agents involved in the teachinglearning
relationship and Philosophy, we try to
identify the main challenges that are related to
the adoption of a pedagogical practice capable
of overcoming the dichotomy between theory
and practice in the process of teaching-learning.
