AS ESCOLAS TEUTO-BRASILEIRAS: UM PROJETO EDUCACIONAL
O presente artigo é uma aproximação
ao tema das escolas teuto-brasileiras que se
constituíram no âmbito da imigração alemã
para o Brasil ao longo do século XIX e primeira
metade do século XX. Na medida em que se
discorre sobre os diversos aspectos ligados
à problemática em questão, ressalta-se a
importância das escolas teuto-brasileiras para
a história da educação no Brasil. São temas
pertinentes para a escrita da história das
escolas teuto-brasileiras: a multiplicidade de
experiências; a tipologia; o apogeu e declínio; o
binômio escola/igreja; e a nacionalização.

Abstract:
This article is an approach to
the subject of German-Brazilian schools that
emerged in the German immigration to Brazil
during the nineteenth and first half of the
twentieth century. To the extent that it discusses
the various aspects of the problem in question,
it emphasizes the importance of GermanBrazilian schools for the history of education in
Brazil. These are issues pertinent to the writing
of the history of German-Brazilian schools: the
multiplicity of experiences, the typology, the
rise and fall, the binomial school / church, and
nationalization.
