A GEOGRAFIA DE SANTA CATARINA NO ENSINO MÉDIO
Refletir sobre o ensino de Geografia
tem se constituído em uma das principais
pautas de pesquisadores na área.Saber
estratégico para a compreensão do mundo
atual, a Geografia busca a formação de sujeitos
capazes de compreender e estabelecer
relações espaço-temporais entre fenômenos
e processos, aparentemente, desconectados.
Especificamente, no Ensino Médio, seja público
ou privado há uma carência de material didático
voltado ao conteúdo de Geografia de Santa
Catarina, parte integrante desta etapa escolar.
Os livros didáticos existentes abordam de forma
superficial a temática regional dificultando
aprendizagem de alunos e o planejamento dos
professores. Face a este contexto, é objetivo
deste texto apresentar um ‘guia didático de
Santa Catarina’, criado e pensado a partir
da experiência vivenciada durante o estágio
supervisionado.

Abstract:
Reflecting on the teaching of
geography has been one of the main guidelines
of researchers in the field. Strategic to
understand the current world, Geography seeks
to form subjects capable of understanding and
establishing spatio-temporal relations between
phenomena and processes, apparently,
disconnected. Specifically, in high school,
whether public or private, there is a lack of
didactic material focused on the content of Santa
Catarina Geography, an integral part of this
school stage. Existing textbooks superficially
address the regional theme making it difficult for
students to learn and teacher planning. In this
context, it is the objective of this text to present
a ‘didactic guide of Santa Catarina’, created and
thought from the experience lived during the
supervised internship.
