ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO EM SERVIÇO SOCIAL: A PERCEPÇÃO DOS SUPERVISORES DE CAMPO E DOCENTES
Este capítulo traz considerações
para o debate acerca do projeto de formação
em Serviço Social, destacando a supervisão
de estágio como um pilar importante nesse
processo. Tem como objetivo destacar a visão
dos supervisores de campo, e docentes sobre
a formação profissional dos assistentes sociais
na cidade de Manaus. Trata-se de resultados
de pesquisas de iniciação científica realizadas
em campo com os sujeitos que compõe este
trabalho. A temática da formação profissional
está na ordem do dia, sobretudo, no cenário
atual do ensino superior com modalidades
de cursos aligeirados e que tem posto à
profissão inúmeros desafios, especialmente,
por diferentes direcionamentos teóricos que
divergem daquele eleito coletivamente pela
categoria profissional. Os resultados mostram
o domínio e o entendimento que os sujeitos
entrevistados têm sobre a importância do
estágio na formação profissional em Serviço
Social, visto que esse é o momento privilegiado
para que os sujeitos envolvidos façam análise
da realidade.

Abstract:
This chapter presents
considerations for the debate about the project
of training in Social Work, emphasizing the
supervised practice as an important pillar in this
process. It aims to highlight the vision of field
supervisors and teachers on the professional
training of social workers in the city of Manaus.
These are results of scientific initiation research
conducted in the field with the subjects that
make up this work. The theme of professional
training is the order of the day, above all, in
the present scenario of higher education with
modalities of light courses and that has put to
the profession numerous challenges, especially,
by different theoretical orientations that diverge
from that collectively elected by the professional
category. The results show the domain and the
understanding that the subjects interviewed
have about the importance of the internship
in professional training in Social Work, since
this is the privileged moment for the subjects
involved to analyze reality.
