REQUISIÇÕES E COMPETÊNCIAS DO ASSISTENTE SOCIAL NO USO DAS REGULAÇÕES PROFISSIONAIS, DAS CONDIÇÕES INSTITUCIONAIS E TÉCNICAS DE SEU TRABALHO
O objetivo deste texto é trazer
algumas problematizações sobre as
requisições e competências do assistente
social no uso das regulações profissionais,
das condições institucionais e técnicas de
seu trabalho, abordando os fundamentos
teóricos que embasam a análise do Serviço
Social na divisão sociotécnica do trabalho.
Pesquisa bibliográfica foi o ponto de partida,
para a definição de indicadores para análise,
tais como as concepções de Serviço Social e
trabalho profissional. A concepção de Serviço
Social é um indicador de difícil apreensão
pela complexidade teórica e pela ausência de
reflexão sobre os fundamentos do trabalho
profissional.

Abstract:
The objective of this text is to bring
some problematizations about the requisitions
and competences of the social worker in the
use of professional regulations, the institutional
and technical conditions of their work, and the
theoretical foundations that support the analysis
of Social Service in the social and technical
division of labor. Bibliographical research was
the starting point for the definition of indicators
for analysis, such as the conceptions of Social
Work and professional work. The concept
of Social Service is an indicator of difficult
apprehension due to the theoretical complexity
and lack of reflection on the foundations of
professional work.
