RECURSOS FISIOTERAPÊUTICOS NO MANEJO DA DOR ONCOLÓGICA EM PACIENTES COM CÂNCER DE MAMA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DE LITERATURA
A definição de câncer compreende
um grupo de aproximadamente cem doenças
que são caracterizadas pelo crescimento
desordenado de células. Essas possuem a
capacidade de disseminar-se entre os tecidos
e órgãos adjacentes à estrutura afetada. Nesse
contexto a fisioterapia se insere na prevenção
e tratamento da dor oncológica, provendo o
alívio da dor apenas com procedimentos não
invasivos. Os objetivos são analisar os recursos
fisioterapêuticos aplicados em pacientes
oncológicos para alívio da dor. Na metodologia
foram realizados levantamentos de artigos
científicos nas bases Lilacs, Bireme e Scielo.
Foram utilizados os seguintes descritores
fisioterapia, recursos terapêuticos, dor
oncológica. Após a aplicação dos critérios de
inclusão e exclusão aos estudos encontrados,
houve o refinamento dos mesmos, onde se
utilizou três artigos, entre os anos de 2007 e
2017, na integra, na língua portuguesa e gratuita.
A partir desta revisão podemos verificar o quão
os recursos fisioterapêuticos são importantes
para o alívio da dor oncológica, sendo esses
recursos não invasivos. No entanto percebeuse que ainda faltam estudos científicos
com relação aos recursos fisioterapêuticos,
necessitando mais estudos.

Abstract:
The definition of cancer comprises
a group of approximately one hundred diseases
that are characterized by disordered cell growth.
These have the ability to spread between
tissues and organs adjacent to the affected
structure. In this context, physiotherapy is part
of the prevention and treatment of cancer pain,
providing relief of pain only with non-invasive
procedures. The objectives are to analyze the
physiotherapeutic resources applied in cancer
patients for pain relief. In the methodology
were carried out surveys of scientific articles
in the bases Lilacs, Bireme and Scielo. The
following descriptors were used: physiotherapy,
therapeutic resources, oncological pain. After
applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria to the studies found, there were refinement
of the same, where three articles were used, between 2007 and 2017, in Portuguese
and free of charge. From this review we can verify how physiotherapeutic resources are
important for the relief of cancer pain, and these resources are noninvasive. However,
it was noticed that there is still a lack of scientific studies regarding physiotherapeutic
resources, requiring further studies.
