ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM A UMA PACIENTE COM PITIRÍASE VERSICOLOR FUNDAMENTADA NA TEORIA DE OREM
A pitiríase versicolor é uma infecção
causada por fungo, neste caso por leveduras
do gênero Malassezia spp. Comumente
encontradas na pele humana e de animais como
macacos, cachorros, gatos e outros, podem
ser transmissíveis ao homem causando em
determinadas situações dermatoses sistêmicas,
lesões na pele e otite externa, normalmente
assintomática. A presente pesquisa se destaca
em enfatizar que a assistência de enfermagem
oferecida baseada na teoria de Orem ofertada
ao paciente com pitiriase versicolor é de grande
contribuição para próximos estudos como para
uma melhor assistência ofertada aos pacientes,
além de empoderar os profissionais envolvidos
nos cuidados clínicos de enfermagem.
O objetivo deste estudo é sistematizar a
assistência de enfermagem ofertada ao paciente
acometido por Pitiriase versicolor embasada
na teoria de Orem, utilizando modelo teóricos
e metodológicos nas fases do processo de
enfermagem, pois estes dão norte a assistência
clínica do profissional de enfermagem. Tendo
como foco capacitar o indivíduo para o
autocuidado. Estudo de caso realizado com
funcionária de uma Universidade de Fortaleza,
desenvolvido em ambiente acadêmico de uma
universidade do Ceará. O estudo atendeu
a Resolução 466/2012 (BRASIL, 2012) do
Conselho Nacional de Saúde que rege as
pesquisas desenvolvidas com seres humanos,
que foi apreciado pelo Comitê de Ética da
Universidade Estadual do Ceará pelo Parecer
nº 446.753 e CAAE 22739713.7.0000.5534.
Como critério de inclusão, a paciente escolhida
deveria ser maior de idade e possuir algum vínculo formal com a universidade que foi
o local da pesquisa e demonstrar algum déficit de autocuidado.

Abstract:
Pityriasis versicolor is an infection caused by fungi, in this case by yeasts
of the genus Malassezia spp. Commonly found on human skin and animals such as
monkeys, dogs, cats and others, they may be transmissible to humans causing in certain
situations systemic dermatoses, skin lesions and otitis externa, usually asymptomatic.
The present research emphasizes in emphasizing that the nursing care offered
based on the theory of Orem offered to the patient with pitiriase versicolor is of great
contribution to future studies as for a better assistance offered to the patients, besides
empowering the professionals involved in the clinical care of nursing. The objective of
this study is to systematize the nursing care offered to the patient affected by Pitiriase
versicolor based on Orem’s theory, using theoretical and methodological models in
the phases of the nursing process, since these give north the clinical assistance of the
nursing professional. Focusing on empowering the individual for self-care. Case study
conducted with an employee of a University of Fortaleza, developed in an academic
environment of a university in Ceará. The study complied with Resolution 466/2012
(BRASIL, 2012) of the National Health Council that governs the research developed
with human beings, which was appreciated by the Ethics Committee of the State
University of Ceará by Opinion No. 446,753 and CAAE 22739713.7.0000.5534. As
inclusion criterion, the chosen patient should be of legal age and have some formal
bond with the university that was the research site and demonstrate some self-care
deficit.
