O PROCESSO DO CUIDADO DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE ONCOLÓGICO: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA E COMPLEMENTAR.
O câncer é uma doença crônica e do
tipo progressiva, é uma patologia que tem como
principal ramo e característica o crescimento
desordenado e desorganizado de células do
organismo, que pode ser do tipo local e do tipo
espalhado por diversos do organismo e dos
órgãos. O câncer atinge diversas pessoas de
todas os sexos, idades, culturas e situações
sociais e econômicas independentemente da
cor, raça e da crença de um grupo ou camada
social. Este tipo de patologia está associado
entre as principais causas de morte, causando
um impacto: psicológico e mental. A doença
em si atinge a autoestima do paciente, que
questiona sempre o que está ocorrendo com
os eventos que ele está passando e nessa
hora que entra a enfermagem no apoio
psicológico. O estudo presente foi realizado
com o objetivo de realizar o levantamento das
produções científicas e analisar a contribuição
das pesquisas produzidas sobre a SAE. Esta
pesquisa foi realizada no período de 10 de
janeiro à 23 de março no ano de 2018, tendo
em vista a periodicidade do ano de publicação
de 2000 até 2016. É um estudo do tipo descritivo, qualitativo e exploratório de natureza
bibliográfica, com abordagem qualitativa, proveniente da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde
(LILACS E MEDLINE). Concluímos então que o enfermeiro reflita sobre a importância
do cuidado, devido ao sofrimento enfrentado por este paciente, atuando numa
assistência mais humanizada, acolhedora e participativa, atuando na prevenção de
futuras complicações.

Abstract:
Cancer is a chronic and progressive disease, it is a pathology that has as
main branch and characteristic the disordered and disorganized growth of cells of the
organism, that can be of the local type and the type spread by several of the organism
and the organs . Cancer affects many people of all sexes, ages, cultures and social
and economic situations regardless of color, race, and the belief of a social group
or stratum. This type of pathology is associated among the main causes of death,
causing an impact: psychological and mental. The disease itself affects the patient’s
self-esteem, which always questions what is happening with the events that he is
going through and at that time he enters the nursing in the psychological support.
The present study was carried out with the objective of carrying out the survey of the
scientific productions and to analyze the contribution of the researches produced on
the SAE. This research was carried out from January 10 to March 23 in the year 2018,
considering the periodicity of the year of publication from 2000 to 2016. It is a descriptive,
qualitative and exploratory study of a bibliographical nature, with a qualitative approach
, from the Virtual Health Library (LILACS AND MEDLINE). We conclude that the nurse
reflects on the importance of care, due to the suffering faced by this patient, acting in
a more humanized, welcoming and participative assistance, acting in the prevention of
future complications.
